FURTHER is the leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations. We’re looking for a mid-level Business Operations Specialist to help own and scale the internal systems and processes that keep Further running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Own and manage ticketing and service workflows
  • Support and maintain internal systems
  • Build and maintain basic SQL-based reporting
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automations
  • Support operational compliance efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally with all functions
  • Create and maintain clear SOPs and documentation
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly
