FURTHER is a leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our high-octane new business team and play a key role in unlocking new relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Break into net new logos within your designated territory
  • Set new qualified meetings/demos for your Account Executives
  • Coordinate multi-channel prospecting across cold calling, email, video, events and social channels
  • Identify and engage key decision makers within your prospective accounts
  • Create interest from prospects in learning about FURTHER from across your Building relationships with decision-makers to uncover needs and introduce FURTHER's solutions
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Develop thoughtful, relevant outreach strategies for target accounts
  • Manage prospect conversations and optimizing outreach using CRM and sales tools
  • Achieve and exceed outreach and meeting generation goals
