We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and have a passion for building their business and hitting quarterly and annual goals.
Requirements
- Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
- Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the Business Development process.
- Conduct Business Development best practices using email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement prospect communication plans.
- Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.
