Join our dynamic team at Foundever as a full-time customer service representative working from home. You will provide exceptional service to vehicle owners, responding to their concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, and vehicle features.

Requirements

• Live in Canada
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least 6 months of work experience in the customer service field
• Be flexible to work different shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
• Be able to pass a background check
