We are seeking a Web Development Project Lead to manage and optimize websites, landing pages, workflows, and e-commerce initiatives across our internal brands. This role combines deep expertise in WordPress and Elementor with a strong marketing mindset, ensuring our digital presence supports campaigns, lead generation, and overall business goals. Shopify experience is a strong plus, as several of our initiatives involve e-commerce. Adaptability is key, as you’ll manage multiple brands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

💼 Responsibilities

• Manage and update multiple WordPress sites and landing pages using Elementor.

• Support marketing campaigns with content updates and SEO optimization.

• Ensure site performance, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Handle integrations (CRM, analytics, tracking) and basic troubleshooting.

• Assist with Shopify updates and theme adjustments.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams across multiple brands and priorities.

💡 Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience managing WordPress websites

• Prior Project Management/Lead experience

• Strong expertise in Elementor (templates, customizations, advanced use)

• Experience with landing pages, workflows, and marketing campaigns within WordPress

• Good understanding of front-end basics (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization

• Shopify experience (product management, theme customization, integrations) is a strong plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, collaborative mindset

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager)

• Background in digital marketing, content management, or campaign execution
