We are looking for an Email Campaign Designer to create high-performing retention marketing campaigns for ecommerce brands. In this role, you will design and execute multiple weekly email campaigns, collaborate closely with retention and creative teams, and optimize designs for engagement, conversions, and overall customer experience. The position requires strong experience with email design systems, mobile-first layouts, and retention-focused creative strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong visual execution with performance-driven thinking in a fast-paced environment.

๐ผ Responsibilities:
Design 6โ7 weekly email campaigns in Figma using established email design systems and brand guidelines.
Create custom email designs for product launches, promotional campaigns, and storytelling-focused moments.
Translate creative briefs and campaign direction into polished, mobile-first, conversion-focused email experiences.
Build and QA campaigns in Klaviyo or collaborate on clean handoffs for implementation.
Optimize layouts, CTA placement, hierarchy, and content structure through testing and iteration.
Support updates and redesigns of lifecycle email flows such as welcome and post-purchase campaigns.
Collaborate with retention and creative teams to continuously improve templates, workflows, and campaign performance.
๐ก Qualifications:
Proven experience designing marketing emails for DTC or ecommerce brands.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, auto layout, and scalable design systems.
Experience building emails in Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms.
Strong understanding of mobile-first email design, visual hierarchy, scannability, and conversion-focused layouts.
Experience optimizing retention campaigns, lifecycle flows, and email workflows.
Knowledge of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and revenue per recipient.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting campaign performance results.
