Sr. Business Value Consultant

Firstup is seeking a Sr. Business Value Consultant to advise organizations on achieving Positive Business Outcomes through the Firstup Platform. The role requires a consultative, analytically rigorous approach to help customers strengthen their digital employee experience, optimize communication strategies, and measure impact against business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
• Eight or more years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience
• Demonstrated client relationship, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully collaborate internally with multiple teams
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth and customer success
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience building business cases, ROI models, or value frameworks grounded in customer data
