The Role
The Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) – Canada leads the onboarding and deployment of First Due’s most complex and high-value customers across Canadian Fire and EMS agencies, including Enterprise, Multi-Agency, Regional, and Provincial-level deployments. These implementations require strong SaaS project leadership, familiarity with Canadian fire and EMS operations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments, stakeholders, and jurisdictions.
The EIM owns the customer relationship from project initiation through go-live, driving project planning, risk management, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires experience navigating provincial reporting standards, multi-agency governance structures, and bilingual communication environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation for enterprise and multi-agency Canadian customers.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and executive-level reporting.
- Facilitate enterprise kickoffs, requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and go-live planning sessions.
- Maintain control over scope, risk, timelines, and stakeholder communication across complex engagements.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable SaaS configurations across the First Due platform.
- Coordinate integrations, data migration, reporting, and provincial compliance requirements.
- Ensure alignment with provincial fire reporting standards and EMS reporting frameworks (e.g., OFM, provincial Fire Commissioner reporting, where applicable).
- Collaborate with IPS, Technical Services, Product, Engineering, PMO, and Customer Success teams.
- Travel onsite (up to 25%) for workshops, executive meetings, regional deployments, and training sessions.
- Drive change management and enterprise adoption across departments and jurisdictions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- This is a remote role, but the candidate hired must reside in Canada.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS enterprise implementations.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-department or multi-agency programs.
- Strong project management expertise; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with Canadian Fire and/or EMS agencies strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with provincial fire reporting standards and EMS reporting frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency (English required; French strongly preferred).
- Advanced executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High technical aptitude with experience collaborating on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
- Experience in public safety, GovTech, or Canadian municipal technology environments preferred.
