The Software Implementation Consultant is a customer-facing role responsible for leading EHS software implementations and projects from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization. This role blends strong project management discipline, hands-on solution consulting, and software technical skills, ensuring customers adopt the platform successfully, on time, and with measurable business value.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or professional services
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder communication)
- Customer-facing consulting experience with complex or multi-stakeholder accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
