We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-paced Engineering team. You’ll build and ship end-to-end features, collaborate closely with Product and Design, use AI-powered developer tools, and ensure every release improves how teams collaborate inside Fellow.

About the Role
- Engineering Excellence:Build and maintain features end-to-end with React / TypeScript, Django / Python, and GraphQL / Relay, writing clean, performant, and maintainable code.
- AI Tooling Advocate:Champion the use of AI tools, from quick prototyping to test generation, to strengthen our engineering practices.
- Outcome-Oriented Delivery:Focus on work that meaningfully moves product and business metrics, translating requirements into user impact, not just output.
- Collaborative Development:Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to turn concepts into polished experiences that delight users.
- Quality & Testing:Contribute to our CI pipeline by writing unit, integration, and regression tests, and take part in thoughtful code reviews to keep quality high.
- Technical Specifications:Draft and refine tech specs, break work into deliverable pieces, and define success metrics to ensure every release delivers impact.
- Continuous Improvement:Introduce new tools, libraries, and best practices that boost developer productivity and code quality, while mentoring teammates along the way.
About You

Compensation
For this role, the expected salary range is $130k to $180k CAD annually depending on experience, skills, and role scope.
