As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic partnerships that align with Facet's brand and business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate and establish mutually beneficial relationships, and drive measurable results.
You will have a deep understanding of the brand and be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative partnership strategies and execute partnership activations. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities, and drive partnerships to success will be critical in this role.

Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities that align with Facet's brand and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract development, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative partnership strategies and activations that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful partnership execution
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and best practices
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or related roles
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and executing successful partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align partnership opportunities with business objectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- $90,000-$105,000 yearly salary based on experience (salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as alignment with market data)
