Your Responsibilities

In our Strategy and Transformation Consulting practice, you will support financial services institutions in redefining their business and IT strategies and successfully driving transformation initiatives. You will work closely with our clients to develop clear target visions, modern operating models, and solution‑oriented concepts for an industry undergoing constant change. In doing so, you will rely on strong analytical skills, structured methodologies, and true teamwork – and become part of an environment that both challenges and develops you. In our team, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • You advise our clients on strategic, architectural, and organizational topics and develop new business, IT, and digitalization strategies for an ever‑evolving financial industry.
  • You create compelling visions, target operating models, and innovative concepts - including in the context of Target Operating Model design and the Agile Strategy Lifecycle.
  • You guide our clients through complex transformation processes and apply our architecture‑based transformation framework to achieve meaningful impact.
  • You build valuable client relationships, further develop existing ones, and support our team in acquiring new projects as well as strengthening our brand profile in strategy, transformation, and culture consulting.

Your Skillset

  • You have several years of consulting experience in strategy, corporate development, and organizational transformation within the banking sector, and you approach your tasks with motivation, structure, and a high degree of independence.
  • You work in a solution‑oriented manner, take ownership, and communicate confidently in German and English – including at C‑level.
  • You are highly familiar with business and IT transformation initiatives, from strategic target visions and Target Operating Model design to cultural change, and you confidently apply agile project methodologies as well as modern facilitation and workshop formats (e.g., Design Thinking).
