Mid Senior Scrum Master

Become an Outcoder as a Mid Senior Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coach our cross-functional development teams, ensuring effective Agile practices and principles implementation. You will work closely with QA Automation, Front-End, and Back-End teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality software products.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including QA Automation, Front-End, and Back-End Engineers.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of best practices in QA automation, front-end, and back-end development.
