β Is that you?
- 3+ years of experience in setting up, driving, and coaching Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Fluency with core Scrum Master tools and methods
- Any completed Scrum certifications or familiarity with SAFe 5.0/6.0
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Excellent communication skills; high cultural awareness and flexibility in dealing with cultural differences
- Effective stakeholder, team, and client interaction and negotiation skills
- Proactivity, autonomy, out-of-the-box thinking
Desirable:
- Knowledge of PMI standards and practices
π§©Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll apply effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to facilitate and drive an Agile team in adopting and using Scrum methodology.
- Set up and tailor the Scrum framework to address the unique needs of the team
- Coach teams working in Scrum/SAFe, facilitate all classic events within these frameworks
- Track team performance metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Report these metrics to stakeholders to maintain alignment and support Scrum adoption strategies
- Coordinate and plan work for the upcoming period
