We are seeking a highly motivated, certified Programme Manager fluent in English and a willingness to improve. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and friendly project team. Freelancer and/or part-time employment is acceptable.

What You'll Do:

  • Crafting a program strategy and plan that outlines the goals, timelines, resources, and budget;
  • Allocating resources across the program's projects, managing dependencies, and balancing competing demands;
  • Ensuring that stakeholders are informed about program progress, issues, and achievements;
  • Supervising quality control across the program to ensure deliverables meet the desired standard and criteria;
  • Identifying, analysing, and managing program risks;
  • Tracking and evaluating program performance against objectives and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT of which minimum 5 years hands-on experience in project management of software development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Certification in programme management area or method (examples):
    • MSP Practitioner;
    • MSP Advanced Practitioner;
    • PMI Program Management Professional – PgMP®;
    • PMI Portfolio Management Professional – PfMP.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree;
  • Knowledge of programme, project, and service management principles, methodologies, and best practices (like PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, RUP, ITIL);
  • Knowledge of project management and team collaboration software (such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365);
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address program challenges and barriers;
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices;
  • Knowledge of governance structures and compliance requirements relevant to the program;
  • Ability to analyse program data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
