UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated, certified UX/UI Designer fluent in English and a willingness to improve. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and friendly project team. Freelancer and/or part-time employment is acceptable.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results;
• Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices;
• Develop and maintain design systems;
• Create high-fidelity UI designs;
• Develop interactive prototypes and design specifications;
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding;
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• University degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related IT field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Certification in UX/UI Design (examples):
• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) from HFI;
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from HFI;
• Certified Professional in User Experience (CPUX) from UXQB;
• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group;
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in UX/UI Design;
• UI Design Certification or UX Certification from Interaction Design Foundation;
• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) from UXPA;
• Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines;
• Knowledge of mobile and responsive design considerations;
• Knowledge of standards-based HTML and CSS;
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles;
• Knowledge of typography and colour theory;
• Knowledge of prototyping, interaction design and information architecture;
• Knowledge of prototyping and graphic design tools and techniques (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
