The Technical Support Specialist will provide remote technical support for EquipmentShare's heavy equipment and tooling rental fleet. The role is fully remote and is an inaugural position, instrumental in the creation and launch of the newly formed Technical Support team.
Requirements
- Provide remote technical support for EquipmentShare assets on a 24x7x365 basis
- Compile and utilize data to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate and partner with EquipmentShare product teams and OEMs
- Provide on-site support to Service Technicians and customers as required
- Contribute to the EquipmentShare knowledge base
- Mentor and train newly hired and advancing Technical Support Specialists
- Directly support the creation of the foundational process and procedure for the team
