Quuppa is hiring a Technical Customer Support Engineer to deliver remote technical support for Quuppa products and third-party resold systems. The role requires a customer-oriented person with strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant studies in engineering/technology
  • Strong, hands-on technical background and skill set from studies or previous work
  • Experience in radio engineering, telecommunications, computer networking, electrical engineering, or computer science
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to work
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in English
