We need a rockstar Sales Representative to assist with two businesses: Real Estate in the lending field and a Dumpster Rental business. The Sales Representative will primarily focus on lead generation, initial calls, database management, and follow-up communications. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Real Estate Support:
- Assist in adding leads and relevant information into the database for Richard Sherman's real estate business.
- Coordinate with Richard to schedule follow-ups or additional actions as needed.
Dumpster Business Support:
- Contact commercial contractors, primarily via phone calls, to offer dumpster rental services.
- Present pricing models and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
- Provide follow-up emails with additional information and pricing details as requested.
Lead Generation:
- Utilize platforms such as Reonomy and CoStar to identify potential leads for the real estate business.
- Research and compile lists of prospects based on specified criteria for both businesses.
- Experience in real estate lead generation is preferred.
Initial Contact:
- Make initial calls to prospects for both real estate and dumpster rental businesses.
- Introduce the services offered, provide relevant information, and ascertain potential interest.
Database Management:
- Organize and maintain a database of leads, including contact information, communication history, and any other relevant details.
- Ensure data accuracy and update records regularly.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with potential leads and clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow-up requests via email or phone.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales lead generation and outreach roles preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using online platforms for lead generation and database management.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and taking initiative to drive sales efforts forward.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $9 - $10 / hour
