BSA Solutions Inc. embarked on its journey in 2020, a time when the global landscape was rapidly changing. Founded by Zana Gawan-Taylor, who brought over 25 years of extensive experience in finance and management across diverse industries and international locations, the company was born out of an opportunity to address a client's urgent need for secure, office-based operations during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Zana, having recently resigned from a role in another outsourcing company, seized this moment to establish a new kind of offshoring firm. Joined by Co-founder Chino Chua, whose expertise spans over 15 years in accounting, finance (including a tenure at Ernst & Young), and the BPO sector in the Philippines, BSA Solutions set out to provide global firms with access to skilled professionals from the Philippines and Malaysia.
