Role Overview:
We seek a detail-obsessed Project Coordinator who thrives on consistency, organization, and clear communication. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds together our project management operations—keeping data current, moving projects ahead, and making sure not a single piece of information slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with project managers and gain valuable exposure to how IT projects are executed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and up to date
- Follow up consistently with engineers and team members to gather updates and keep projects moving
- Identify missing details or unclear information—then take initiative to track it down and fill the gaps
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and process coordination
- Spot gaps or inefficiencies in project management systems and suggest improvements
