We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support our internal team with content creation and organization. This is a behind-the-scenes role—not client-facing—and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual content including basic graphics and short-form video clips. Edit the content based on brand guidelines provided by our creative leads.
- Write engaging captions tailored to each client's brand voice.
- Organize and schedule social media posts across various platforms (typically 4–5 posts per week per client).
- Follow content calendars and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure all content goes through internal approval processes.
- Maintain organized content libraries and assist in content planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing.
- Solid writing skills for caption creation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines closely.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Cloud Campaign scheduling software, or similar (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Strong fluency in American English (spoken and written) is essential, as all content and communication will be in English.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset—comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a marketing agency or content-heavy environment.
- Understanding of content trends and social media best practices.
