We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented Marketing Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can serve as both a strategic partner and operational driver within our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands high-level marketing strategy but also takes ownership in executing it from the ground up — with strong attention to communication, accountability, and initiative.
The right candidate will have experience building automation workflows, leveraging AI tools, and managing end-to-end marketing execution. You should be comfortable working within our business hours, adapting to shifting priorities, and taking initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Partner closely with leadership to turn vision into actionable marketing strategies, with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Automation and AI Workflows: Build and manage marketing automations and systems (e.g., Instantly, CRMs, Zapier, AI content tools) to improve performance and productivity.
- Content Production: Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content across channels (audio/video/blogs) aligned with brand standards.
- Website Blog Management: Manage updates to Wordpress pages and write SEO-optimized blog articles as needed.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, etc.) that generate leads and engagement.
- Operational Oversight: Own the execution of marketing initiatives from planning to launch, ensuring timely and detail-oriented delivery.
- Reporting Analytics: Track KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership for data-informed decision-making.
- Market Research: Stay current on tools, trends, and competitor strategies to help us innovate and grow.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales and product to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on operational delivery and accountability.
- Experience working independently and communicating clearly in remote environments.
- Excellent work ethic, proven ability to take initiative, solve problems autonomously, and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like Instantly.ai, CRM systems, Zapier, AI content tools, and content editing software.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, for graphic design, branding, and video editing tasks.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Must be available to work during EST business hours to ensure real-time collaboration.
