About the role:The Commercial Account Executive (AE) plays a crucial role in generating revenue, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. The AE acts as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will do:o Identify and prospect potential clients, both new accounts and existing clients.o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities.o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.o Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients effectively.o Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.o Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies.
About you:o Bachelor’s Degreeo 3+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.o Demonstrated Success engaging and closing net new customers.o Experience selling technical solutions. o Specific experience selling API driven solutions a plus.o Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space.o Successful track record of meeting and surpassing quotas.o Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.What We Offer:
