This role involves leading a geographically distributed team, owning the entire lifecycle of these services, and collaborating with both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and have a passion for leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing cloud engineering teams building and operating large-scale SaaS or platform services
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and developer infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and observability best practices
- Experience at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container lifecycle management
- Experience leading agile, remote engineering teams
- Obsession with enabling engineers to do great work and delivering value to customers
