The Broker Manager will be responsible for the success, engagement, and production of independent agents, executing the plan for market growth, analyzing reports, and providing real-time feedback. They will also train brokers, promote the brand, and meet sales objectives through the broker channel.
Requirements
- State Health Insurance License in good standing
- Unrestricted driver's license

- Knowledge of marketing strategy and value proposition
- Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and procedures
- Medicare knowledge (preferred)
