Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Broker Relationship Executive will engage independently contracted agents regarding retail products available from Humana, including Medicare, dental & vision, while also focusing on improving quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Conduct both inbound and outbound calling to agents
- Collaborate with field representatives and local Humana market offices to achieve sales goals
- Organize and manage the day-to-day selling and/or account management activity
- Achieve new sales and/or renewal goals for defined territory
- Active Health & Life Insurance licenses OR ability to obtain prior to start date
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
