The Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager will educate ISV partners on how to sell and position their offerings with Databricks, and work closely with the ISV team and Field Enablement team to build and execute a world class ISV enablement program.

- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate cross functionally
- Experience working with learning, content management and reporting systems
- Experience in creating and launching field ready enablement content
- Program management skills
- 5+ years experience in partner enablement in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience creating e-learning content in a Learning Management System (LMS)
