Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up
- Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to VP-level positions
- Excellent networker and understanding in how to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions
