Flagright is seeking a Recruiter to attract world-class talent, partner with hiring managers, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring across the business. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring and experience recruiting sales and senior roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting sales (AEs, BDRs, etc.) and senior roles (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
- Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
