We're looking for a Recruiting Lead to build our recruiting engine from the ground up, focusing on building a high-performing team and setting the bar for talent standards. This role will involve leading 5-8 searches at a time, sourcing high-caliber talent, and rebuilding the foundation of our recruiting process.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort managing multiple concurrent searches
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
