Account Manager (SP)

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and is looking for an Account Manager to join the growing team and delight customers: dentists across the country. The role involves driving Net Revenue Retention, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding into new locations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentists
• Track record of upselling and growing your account portfolio
• Established and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium sized businesses
• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
