Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, and we're looking for experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians to join our team. You'll partner with clinicians to provide real-time technical support and ensure quality outcomes for every doctor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Dental Technician Role
  • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
  • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
  • Technologically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians, offer empathetic support, and manage complex concerns with professionalism and care
