Requirements
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar experience in Information Systems
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
- Integration standards with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
- Experience and expertise in project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects
- Experience in managing, designing, implementing, and rolling out ServiceNow (4 or more distinct full projects)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least two of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification (preferred)
