Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK)
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HRIS solutions
- Demonstrated experience in at least three end-to-end Recruiting implementations
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (optional)
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 1 time a week in the Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra office
