HRIS Talent & Performance Functional Manager role at a global leader in quality of life services, responsible for developing and managing the Core model for Talent & Performance processes, producing KPIs and updating dashboards, and being the SPOC for various teams.
Requirements
- 3-5-year experience in HRIS payroll and/or Core HR HRIS project at a global level.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
- Operational HR experience on the field of Talent & Performance in large companies
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and how access is controlled across them.
- Fluent in English
