We are seeking an Operational Engineer II to support and scale our cloud and infrastructure operations across AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate is hands-on with configuration management, infrastructure as code, automation, and scripting across Windows and Linux environments, and brings strong DevOps and infrastructure delivery experience.
We are looking for a DevOps engineer who will:
Operate and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management tools (Chef or equivalent).
Develop automation and tooling using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Linux and Windows systems.
Support infrastructure lifecycle activities: provisioning, patching, monitoring, and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Strong knowledge of configuration management (Chef preferred; Puppet/Ansible acceptable).
Proven hands-on experience with AWS architecture and Azure services.
Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards).
Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Bash; Python for automation.
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Solid background in DevOps and infrastructure operations.
Experience managing both Linux and Windows environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and automate operational workflows.
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus).
Experience with security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
Strong documentation and operational runbook practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
