Join CoverGo as a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical vision and strategy of our enterprise-grade insurance platform. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical role
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Full Stack development using Node.js and related technologies
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
  • Solid hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of Test-Driven Development methodologies
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
  • Thorough understanding of web security best practices
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
