- Prospect into multiple accounts to source qualified conversations with target accounts that will convert not only into open pipeline but more importantly closed revenue
- Leverage multi-channel outbound campaigns utilizing highly personalized messaging, marketing content, and relevant news to develop account strategy plans to start conversations with the right people
- Partner with the Sales team to identify good targets, source conversations with the right people, and help Account Executives effectively tailor deal cycles.
- Manage an effective sales cadence and process
- Communicate in a manner of best practice consultant to Higher Education Leaders (VP and C-Suite)
- Develop creative campaigns to garner interest from Higher Ed executives
- Create a positive impression with relevant prospects by providing timely, compassionate, and relevant responses.
- Work with marketing to drive conversations from content, field events, and qualify leads. Provide direct product feedback from prospects
- Effective liaison between sales, marketing, and product.

- Being comfortable with travel up to 10% of the time.
