They are seeking an Implementation Manager to work with customers, drive solution development, and ensure successful implementations of their platform. This role involves collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver a customer-centric and impactful experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an implementation, solutions consulting or pre-sales engineering role in SaaS (bonus points for familiarity with PLG or PLS motions)
- Track record of success driving successful implementations of SaaS applications for complex enterprise customers
- Proficient in sales technology (SFDC/HubSpot) and experience with data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs/webhooks, reverse-ETLs, or JSON
- Enterprise-level acumen for stakeholder management and working with external cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilities
- Hands-on approach to learning technical concepts and leading technical discussions internally and externally with stakeholders
