We're looking for a mission-driven Project & Data Coordinator who is passionate about creating more accessible, inclusive, and equitable communities across Canada where people with low vision have unlimited opportunities and can experience life free from barriers and discrimination.
Your Impact at CNIB
- Coordinate the planning and execution of project(s) deliverables with project staff, across the country.
- Perform the reporting requirements, as outlined in the project contracts.
- Ensure project deliverables are tracked within Salesforce.
- Always utilize CNIB’s best practices, data governance and templates.
- Ensure regular communication with the direct supervisor, the rest of the national Operations team, Management team as well as Come to Work staff.
- Work with the Service Quality Team and with CRM Specialist to ensure Salesforce procedures and processes are up-to-date and are documented and readily available for the Come to Work team.
- Ability to analyze data and perform audits as necessary to ensure compliance with the Come to Work salesforce reports and dashboards for the team, management, and funders.
- Collaborates with Team Leads to ensure that staff are regularly submitting data into Salesforce and tracking progress of programs and participants.
- Run reports and analyse data to support Come to Work’s regular impact reporting requirements from funders.
- Attend operational team meetings and departmental meetings as required.
Requirements
Who you are:
Education and Certifications
- Minimum post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Project Management certifications or designation is considered an asset.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven time management and organization skills; amenable to changing priorities, deadlines, and procedures.
- Project coordination and outcome-based evaluation methods experience combined with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency/working knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Language fluency - Written and Oral - English.
- Diligent in obtaining all weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting inputs.
- Customer service oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Experience in reporting on government or administrative project, an asset.
- Understand, manage, prioritize, and execute data requests and data governance to meet CTW reporting requirements or funder timelines.
- Professional attitude, results oriented, self-directed, and flexible.
- Demonstrates mature and sensitive nature, as well as emotional and social stability when dealing with the needs of persons experiencing sight loss and other functional challenges.
- Proven knowledge of existing programs and program providers to establish/re-establish working relationships is an asset.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Personal or professional experience relating to blindness and sight loss is considered an asset.
- Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset.
Work Environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Occasional travel (20%).
- Agile office environment.
