Canadian Blood Services is a charitable organization that plays a pivotal role in managing the national supply of blood products for all provinces and territories in Canada, except Quebec. Established in 1998, we operate with a commitment to safety and quality in transfusion and transplantation services for patients in need. Our organization serves as the bridge connecting donors with patients, healthcare professionals, and researchers, fulfilling the daily need for safe and effective blood and blood-related products. We provide essential services by collecting, testing, and distributing blood components, plasma, stem cells, and cord blood stem cell products.
