Since our establishment in 1985 by the Province of B.C., we at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) have been dedicated to conducting and managing commercial gambling in a socially responsible manner for the benefit of all British Columbians. PlayNow.com is notable for being Canada's first legal online gaming site, launched in 2004, and has since expanded to include online casino games, a first in North America. We take pride in our innovative approach, constantly seeking to modernize our offerings and enhance the player experience. For instance, in May 2024, we completed a major transformation by replacing and modernizing our legacy lottery equipment and systems, becoming North America's first cloud-based lottery system. This allows us to better serve our players and retail partners. Our commitment extends beyond just providing games; we are deeply invested in player health and responsible gambling.
