What will you be doing?
The Survey Solutions Analyst will be part of a dynamic team creating value for our manufacturer/retailer clients by leveraging their experience in survey project management and research methods. They are expected to effectively manage survey execution, always keeping the client’s business issues in mind. The position requires a focus on client service, thinking on your feet, having a quantitative mindset, and a strong detail orientation. You will ensure quality and timeliness across the project milestones, and uncover insights and opportunities to help the client drive their business forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as survey expert with internal cross-functional partners and external clients
- Design surveys that will answer client’s business objectives, leveraging Circana’s purchase panels and other data assets
- Effectively work with operations counterparts to execute studies
- Uncover insights and opportunities across a range of business issues and create issue-focused analyses with a compelling story
Requirements
- BA or BS, preferably in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology
- Over 4 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated expertise with questionnaire design, survey sampling design, and survey analysis
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills; must be able to effectively manage multiple competing projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to develop and deliver a compelling story from survey data
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

This position can be located in the following area(s): Preference remote in Illinois or flexible within United States
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $61k to $83k.
