  • This involves creating a strategic plan to guide the teams, breaking it down into actionable daily, weekly, and monthly goals. It also includes adjusting priorities based on changing circumstances and team dynamics.
• Allocate projects and define objectives:
  • The role requires the allocation of projects to different teams based on their expertise and capacity. Defining clear objectives for each project ensures that teams have a shared understanding of their goals and deliverables.
• Performance evaluations and compensation:
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for team members and determining appropriate compensation based on their contributions and achievements. This includes recognizing and rewarding high performers.
• Project Management encompasses various tasks like planning, scope, design, risk management, contingency planning right up to delivery & hand over of the project to the clients:

  • Interacting with business users to understand their requirements and overseeing the design and implementation process to meet those requirements effectively.
• Formulating plans, procedures, and documents as well as risk plans for various stages of the project:
  • Creating comprehensive plans, procedures, and documentation for different project stages. Additionally, developing risk management plans to mitigate potential challenges throughout the project.
• Addressing and promptly managing escalated cases with high-level techno-functional skills to articulate business requirements:
  • Handling and resolving escalated cases that require advanced techno-functional skills. Articulating business requirements effectively to ensure prompt and efficient solutions.
• Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts to assist 2nd level production support:
  • Managing a team of Subject Matter Experts responsible for providing support at the 2nd level of production. This involves ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Recruitment and mentoring of new staff:
  • Playing a key role in the recruitment process, including identifying and hiring new talent. Once onboard, providing mentoring and guidance to help new staff integrate into the team and organization.
• Responsible for achieving all performance-related targets:
  • Taking accountability for meeting and exceeding all performance-related targets, which may include project deadlines, quality standards, and team performance metrics.
• Ensuring that best practice is followed in the quality of service:
