Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior HubSpot CMS Developer with 2–3 years of web development experience, including at least 1 year focused on HubSpot CMS. The successful candidate will work as part of a broader CRM rollout, focusing on efficiently migrating websites to HubSpot and customizing pre-built templates for functionality and long-term client maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys simplifying the complex and has an attitude and aptitude for learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize HubSpot CMS templates to meet client requirements, utilizing HubSpot’s drag-and-drop features and custom modules.
  • Migrate website pages from legacy CMS platforms to HubSpot, ensuring accurate content mapping, URL structure, and SEO preservation.
  • Apply industry standards for website optimization, including responsive design, performance optimization (targeting page load times under 3 seconds), and SEO.
  • Upload, organize, and manage content within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, designers, and CRM specialists to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document migration processes, customizations, and any code modifications; conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and quality.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in web development, with at least 1 year focused onHubSpot CMS
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot’s Design Manager, HubL, and drag-and-drop functionalities a plus.
  • HubSpot CMS Developer Certification
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in website migrations, including preserving SEO value through proper content and URL mapping
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
