Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic GoHighLevel Specialist & Client Success Manager to spearhead the technical implementation and client education for our innovative SaaS platform. This role offers the perfect blend of advanced technical work and rewarding client interaction, where you’ll build sophisticated automation systems while directly empowering business owners to transform their operations. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our operations from launch through rapid growth, with the opportunity to shape both our technical infrastructure and client success strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on small business success.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced GoHighLevel systems at agency/SaaS level, including complex pipelines, sales pages, and domain integrations
- Lead engaging fortnightly live training sessions, educating clients on GoHighLevel functionality and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer support through community platforms, responding to questions and facilitating peer-to-peer learning
- Create comprehensive “done-for-you” GoHighLevel configurations for clients seeking hands-off implementation
- Develop visually appealing websites, landing pages, and marketing assets within the GoHighLevel ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful platform adoption and ongoing satisfaction
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel at agency/SaaS level, including advanced features beyond basic user functionality
- Exceptional English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions and live presentation delivery
- Proven experience in web design and graphic design, particularly for landing pages and digital marketing materials would be preferred as it can lead to additional hours allocated, but it is not required.
- Strong customer service background with demonstrated ability to engage professionally and build rapport with diverse clients
- Comfort and enthusiasm for conducting live video training sessions, Q&A calls, and group presentations
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Technical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges
