• Design, implement, and maintain the master data architecture, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify data quality issues and implement data cleansing and remediation techniques.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams in implementing MDM solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MDM Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong background in the insurance sector with a deep understanding of insurance products and processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of MDM concepts, tools, and technologies such as Informatica MDM or IBM InfoSphere MDM.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and quality management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
