Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology programs, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector, including knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving program goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex program challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus.
