As a Channel Sales Support Agent at Square, you will be the operational backbone for our independent contractor sales teams in the field, providing support and relationship-building, coordination and problem-solving, and operations and administration. You will work with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and provide phone and face-to-face support when needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
